Play Hard, Live Long
Four nights of padel, recovery, and the diagnostics that show you how, including the VO₂ Max test that predicts how long you'll live. Train on world-class courts and go home with a plan built on your own numbers. Not just another retreat—a blueprint for better living.
THE SPORT WE CHOSE, AND WHY
Padel is one of the world's great longevity sports.
This is not a marketing line. When researchers looked at which activities actually add years to life, racket sports came out on top, ahead of running, cycling, and swimming. Here is what padel is doing to your body and brain every time you play.
It trains your heart in the way that counts
Padel is stop-start by nature: short bursts of sprinting and hitting, then brief recovery, over and over. That intermittent high intensity is exactly the pattern that builds cardiovascular fitness and raises VO₂ Max, the single measure most closely tied to a long, healthy life.

It is social by design
Padel is played in pairs. You communicate, cooperate, and share the court. Researchers believe this social dimension is a big part of why racket sports outperform solitary exercise for longevity: connection buffers stress and supports mental health.

It keeps your brain young
Every point demands reading angles, anticipating your partner, and deciding in a split second. That constant coordination and quick thinking stimulate the brain in a way steady cardio never does, and is linked to slower cognitive aging.

It protects muscle, bone, and balance
The lunges, pivots, and quick changes of direction load your muscles and bones and sharpen balance and agility. These are the exact qualities that preserve independence and prevent decline as you age.

The easy learning curve is the final piece. You can enjoy padel from your
very first game, which is what makes people keep playing, and consistency is
where the real benefits compound.

THE NUMBERS THAT MATTERS THE MOST
Meet your VO₂ Max.
VO₂ Max measures how much oxygen your body can use when you push it hard. It is the clearest picture of your cardiovascular fitness, and in the research it is the single strongest predictor of how long you will live, ahead of blood pressure, cholesterol, even smoking.
Most people never measure it. On this retreat, you will, on a gold standard machine, and you leave knowing your number, what it means for your age, and exactly how to raise it.

WHAT'S INSIDE
Every day, in balance
Padel coaching & match play
Two hours of small-group coaching with professional coaches each day, plus 90 minutes of afternoon match play on private courts. You are grouped by level, from beginner to competitive, so
every session moves your game forward.
Full access to wellness club
Your playground for wellness. Full access to world-class facilities: sauna, steam, jacuzzi, ice baths, and the social lawn. This is where your body adapts and rebuilds after training.
Longevity blood panel
Twenty-four biomarkers across heart, metabolism, inflammation, and key nutrients. The same clinical-grade panel used by leading longevity clinics, drawn on-site so your results shape your plan.
Professional photography
A professional photo set of your time on court and around the retreat, captured across one day. Yours to keep.
Villa accommodation
Four nights in a considered Seseh villa, the base for the whole retreat.
VO₂ Max & RMR testing
VO₂ Max measures how well your body uses oxygen during exercise. It is one of the strongest predictors of long-term health and how fit you really are. RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) shows
how many calories your body burns at rest, so you understand your baseline metabolism.
Daily longevity workshops
Each day includes a longevity workshop covering breathwork, movement, and the science of training and recovery, so you leave understanding the why behind the plan, not just the what.
Your longevity blueprint
On Premium, your blood panel results are built into one personalized longevity plan, walked through with you one-to-one, so you know exactly how to train and recover based on your own biomarkers.
