Emotional athleticism and somatic healing focus on the mind-body connection, emphasizing emotional well-being and physical awareness. Emotional athleticism involves developing emotional resilience, strength, and agility, much like physical athleticism but for emotional experiences. It helps you navigate, process, and manage emotions effectively, enhancing emotional intelligence and maintaining mental well-being under stress. Somatic healing is a therapeutic approach that emphasizes the body’s role in healing emotional and psychological trauma. It includes techniques like breathwork, movement, touch, and mindfulness to increase bodily awareness and release tension or trauma stored in the body. Together, these practices integrate emotional and physical health, recognizing that emotional experiences are deeply connected to bodily sensations and responses.
The retreat integrates spirituality into leadership training by combining ancient wisdom with modern leadership practices. Participants will explore spiritual concepts and practices that enhance their leadership abilities, promoting a holistic approach to personal and professional development.
